  Complete Program Description
An information gathering Ceremony Design session may be done over the phone or in person.  You can choose to receive the questionnaire ahead of time and begin working on it as preparation for the session.
JoyTech utilizes the creativity of the Disney Strategy, allowing you to step into the Dreamers Circle and imagine how good it could be. We investigate with you to discover what is the purpose for your ceremony, finding out what you want to accomplish. When that ‘big picture’ dream is clear, then we can focus on clarity and completeness as we collect the answers to the adapted NLP Outcome Frame questions. We cover basic logistics, establishing all the essentials – the location or setting; timing; who and how many will attend; who else will play as presenter(s); music or not; open or closed circle; formal or more casual, etc.
Each session usually lasts between 1.5 to 2 hours. Generally only one session is needed for this phase. For more complex or involved undertakings, or if the information is being gathered from more than one party, additional sessions may be required at a cost of $60 per hour.
Finally, we determine what you will see, hear and feel that lets you know this is precisely what you want. We establish, in advance, your evidence of success in order to create a Ceremony Design that fits you like a glove.
This phase can be a stand-alone option, or part of an overall Design Package. Sometimes the details that come from the Information Gathering Phase gives a person all the clarity and organization needed. They may then choose to do the planning on their own, similar to a bride consulting with a wedding planner early on, but then choosing to handle all those details and logistics on her own.
